Ultra-low stretch PE line for lure casting.

Shimano’s first! 12-strand PE line “Tough Cross 2” construction!

Low stretch concept
Stretching was suppressed by the structure/construction method
Improved operability/hooking up
“Tough Cross 2” provides direct operability and contributes to hooking.
Guide trouble suppression
Designed to leave some stiffness in the line. This makes it difficult for slack to get around the guide, which helps prevent trouble.
Casting tune
We tested a braiding method that is less likely to backlash and prevents trouble.
The impression we’ve received is that it’s “easy to cast.”
