The Wakasagi “Magic” Spoon is a hybrid jig spoon that combines the speedy and clear bottom operability of a metal jig with the tricky and appealing fluttering action of a big spoon. The slender and edgy body slides and falls at high speed when line tension is applied, quickly reaching the bottom. It gives a clear feeling of bottoming out. The body with a unique R rises high when lifted high, and when tension is released and it is allowed to free fall, it slides zigzag while rolling at a high pitch, creating a mid-level panic bait. In the mid-level, it stimulates the hunting instinct of big bass with its unique fleeing panic action, and at the bottom, it induces a reaction bite with a short lift and slide fall. A new jig spoon that magically induces a bite with the mid-level tricky action of a big spoon and the bottom reaction hooking technique of a metal jig. That is the Wakasagi “Magic” Spoon concept.
