Creek Life Lure Co. 1″ Realistic Waxworm “The Tater Bug”

THE TATER BUG 1″ Realistic Waxworm Soft Plastic
Appalachian-Inspired Micro Finesse Coldwater Killer

Meet The Tater Bug a lifelike 1-inch waxworm soft plastic bait designed to fool everything from bluegill to trophy trout. Built for subtlety and realism, this grubby little critter mimics the same juicy waxworms that fish devour in winter and early spring. Whether youre float-fishing creeks, finesse jigging under docks, or vertical dropping into deep holes, the Tater Bug gets bit when other baits get ignored.

Hand-poured with delicate ribbing and a soft, natural flex, it moves like the real thing even on the tiniest twitches.

HOW TO FISH THE TATER BUG:

• Drop Shot Rig #1 recommended. Nose hook or wacky rig for suspended panfish or creek trout.

• Tungsten Ice Jig or Euro Nymph Jig Thread the body up the hook for vertical jigging or tightline drifting.

• Trout Magnet-Style Jig Head Cast, let fall, and twitch for creek trout in runs and pools.

• Under a Float or Bobber Perfect for still water or slow drifts; deadly when tipped with scent or fished in current seams.
