Frances Tungsten Salmon Tube

Frances Tungsten Salmon Tube A weighted version of a legendary salmon fly

The Frances Tungsten Salmon Tube is a modern adaptation of one of the most effective Atlantic salmon patterns ever created. Originally developed in Iceland, the Frances has earned a global reputation for its sparse profile, red body, and distinctive feelers that trigger aggressive takes. This tungsten tube version adds extra weight, allowing the fly to sink quickly and hold in strong currents or deeper pools where salmon often rest. The tube design provides versatility, letting anglers pair it with their preferred hook for maximum hooking power and durability. A must-have for serious salmon anglers, the Frances Tungsten Tube combines tradition with performance for reliable results on rivers worldwide.
